Update (20 May 2026): It’s rainy season in Phuket, and sometimes we may not know until the morning of your visit whether the park ranger will close the park for everyone’s safety. Please leave your WhatsApp number with us so we can contact you in case of any emergency updates.

Walk-ins are welcome at the rates listed below (we accept both cash or credit card)
However, it's possible that the session might be full already, so we strongly encourage an advanced booking through our online system.

What is NOT included 

(1) Khao Prataew National Park entry fee, which is mandatory for all visitors to pay at the park gate upon arrival before reaching our site (by cash only). This park fee, amounting to 200 THB for adults (15+yo) and 100 THB for children (3-14yo)*,please note that the national park age range is different from GRP's.; directly contributes to the conservation efforts of the national park in Thailand.

(2) No transportation or hotel pickup is provided.

Explore the world of Gibbon Rehabilitation in this hour-long learning course. Discover how we rescue Gibbons from the hardships of the tourist industry, guiding them towards a natural life in the jungle.

Listen to seasoned experts with years of experience in preparing Gibbons for their return to the wild. Gain insights into the process of rehabilitation and reintroduction as they share their stories at the rehabilitation site on the edge of Phuket's last tropical rainforest, Khao Pra Taew national park.

Enjoy some leisure time exploring the waterfall

Enjoy some free time to visit the breathtaking Bang Pae waterfall, either before or after the informative session. Consider bringing a change of clothes if you wish to take a refreshing dip in the water.

Cancellation & Date Change Policy: 

We totally understand that plans can change! Here’s how we can help:

1. Rescheduling & Ticket Transfer: If you can’t make it on your scheduled date, no worries! You can reschedule for free, keep your ticket valid for up to a year, or even transfer it to someone else.

2. Cancellations (3+ Days in Advance): If you need to cancel at least 3 days before, we’ll refund your payment minus a 30% fee to cover transaction and processing costs.

3. Cancellations (Less Than 3 Days in Advance): Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds for cancellations made less than 3 days before your visit. Instead, your payment will go toward supporting our animal welfare efforts. We’d love for you to reschedule if possible!
